Chris has just received the Ohio Association of Realtors President's Sales Club - Award of Excellence for 2007 placing Chris in the Top 50 Agents in Northeast Ohio!   Chris was licensed in real estate in 1977 and has worked for some of the largest real estate companies in the area before joining Gazzo Realty.  Chris has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant since 1984 and Strongsville resident for the past 18 years. Chris specializes in Residential real estate sales and combines marketing skills with financial and tax expertise.

 John N. Gazzo - Broker/Owner
John began his real estate career in 1955 and has done it all over the years, including existing home sales and new home construction.  He has represented several builders and has always been at the top in production.  Having worked the Strongsville area since the early 1980's, John has been responsible for the sales of several hundred homes, having received the Platinum Award on numerous occasions from the National Association of Home Builders.  While exceeding over 100 million in sales volume, he has received several "Cleveland Choice Awards" for consistently performing at the highest level year after year. He is also a principal in Luxury Homes, LLC, a  residential builder in the western suburbs.

Joseph N. Gazzo - Broker
Licensed in 1974 with  Gazzo Realty.  Joe learned from   the best in working with his father over the years.  Joe has represented several builders and has an excellent reputation for customer service and satisfaction.  Joe has specialized in existing home sales as well as new home construction.  After receiving numerous Platinum Awards year after year, Joe has received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Association of Home Builders for sales volume.  Joe has been a Strongsville resident for 21 years and is also a principal in Luxury Homes, LLC.
